Michael McKerracher

Founder

Michael McKerracher is one of the co-founders of Hie Mobility and a recognised leader in fleet, mobility and automotive innovation, with more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience transforming ideas into market-ready mobility solutions. Operating at the intersection of automotive, technology and customer experience, he has designed, developed and launched new digital channels across mobility-as-a-service, fleet, leasing, last-mile transportation, second-cycle vehicle programmes and automotive financial services.

Throughout his career, Michael has helped organisations identify emerging opportunities, build customer-centric propositions and create sustainable revenue growth through innovation. From concept design and commercial strategy through to product launch and market adoption, his focus has always been on turning complex mobility challenges into commercially successful solutions.

Alongside his work, Michael is a regular speaker and industry commentator, sharing insights on the future of mobility, digital transformation and evolving customer expectations. Having spoken at leading industry events including Fleet Exchange and Fleet & Mobility Live, he is passionate about helping organisations navigate change and unlock the opportunities created by a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.
